Update - This is a reminder that tomorrow, July 30, 2025, at 3:00pm EDT, we will be upgrading the Barracuda Managed XDR Collector Appliance infrastructure.
To ensure your log ingestion service remains operational after the infrastructure change, please add a firewall rule to permit outbound traffic elastic-agent-on-prem.ingest.skoutsecure.com on TCP port 5044, similar to the preexisting system’s URL: a96190b49bd294a5fbb3725ff20aab78-c7f64fe7557a87d2.elb.us-east-1.amazonaws.com:5044). Given the timeline, please ensure this update is completed your earliest convenience.
Please continue to permit outbound access through your firewall to the preexisting system URL as well, until this planned maintenance is complete.
